Hi…the NPN with base R, needs to have a R ~ 10x the base esteem R to ground included. To assimilate spillage when processor yield is tri stated and you need the transistor off. Eg. spillage does not begin turning it on. Too you’ll get diode clusters from people like On Semi, TI, to take care of a few inputs.
