I have a Notecard without an DeviceUID and like to know how to enter an ID based on the IMEI number. I looked at the documentation for the NoteCard, but I could not find it.

Seems there is no standard way to enter a DeviceUID. According to Ray, the DeviceUID is inserted the first time the notecard communicates with the modem.
