Autonomous mode count issue 3.3.1.14612 firmware

With external pullup 47k resistor on each Aux1,2,3,4

Only Aux3 counts in single increments. The other Aux Pins 1,2,4 count wildly. Jumping 50-100 or more counts when pulling the pins low momentarily.
Any thoughts on this.

Also a question…
When Using “input-pullup” or “input” for “usage” in mode “gpio” does it take a level change of 1 sec or more to catch the change?
