There is no provision to select Azure IoT Central or the Azure IoT Hub in the routes dropdown. Also the Azure Service Bus route supports only SAS. There is no option to use X.509

The dropdown option you want for working with Azure IoT Central is “Azure Function” according to our routing guide for Azure.
