Yesterday I had no issues.
Today, I cannot update firmware for either host nor notecard. The system hangs in both cases on the little popup that you click to proceed. It hangs on Chrome, Safari and Brave and on both Mac and Linux. Without the ability to update either software, I am dead in the water on two projects.
There is an issue on Notehub where updating the Host Firmware from the list of devices in your Notehub project does fail.
You can work around this by double clicking on each device you want to update from the list of devices
Then select the “Update Firmware” tab for that specific device.
From there you can follow the remainder of the firmware update workflow.
We will update this thread once the fix is in place.
I was able to follow your instuctions and it is updating now.
