NoteCard not connecting to Notehub

Hi Team,
I was in the midst of my project in India, and suddenly today the Notecard is not connecting to Notehub. Earlier I was able to connect and log data the day before yesterday, it was working. I am using External Airtel SIM and I have moved from Bhubaneswar, Odisha to Bangalore, Karnataka. I am able to connect to the internet using the same SIM on my smartphone. Yes, the roaming for data is also ON.

Please let me know a possible solution. Earlier also I have run the Notecard in Bangalore(1 month back) at my home. It was working fine. But the SIM was different (Airtel SIM of my friend). My Airtel SIM was working with NoteCard in Bhubaneswar but not now in Bangalore. The SIM works fine when tested by inserting in the smartphone.

We are participating the in the Blues Hackster Contest and are in the final stages to complete the same. Kindly, help me resolve the issue.

Please consult our guide on diagnosing cellular connectivity issues. Some of the points may be obvious, but these issues/solutions cover the majority of the connectivity issues we have seen.

Hi Rob,

I followed the guide, but still couldn’t connect to Notehub.
It says waiting for cell registration and upon sync trace, it is timeout.
